  • Enrollment & Waivers: Student enrollment and waiver information (emergency contacts, medical info, signed consents) are retained for the duration of the program plus one year for compliance and safety, then securely deleted.

  • Payment Data: Retained as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting rules).

  • Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • Upon request, we will delete personal information unless retention is required by law.
