Effective Date: March 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern enrollment in Launchpad Juniors programs operated by Launchpad Ventures LLC (dba “Launchpad Juniors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling your child in a Launchpad Juniors program, you (“Parent” or “Guardian”) agree to the following:

1. Program Enrollment

• Enrollment is open to middle and high school students in designated grade ranges.

• A seat is reserved only when registration is complete and tuition is paid in full.

• Enrollment is not considered final until all required waivers, medical forms, and consents are submitted.

• Failure to submit required forms within the specified timeframe may result in removal without refund.

2. Tuition & Fees

• Tuition for each cohort is as shown on the respective booking page. 

• Tuition includes all instructional materials.

• Payment is due at the time of registration.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if requested up to 24 hours before the program begins.

• No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

• If a student is removed for violating the Code of Conduct (see Section 7), tuition will not be refunded.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment.

4. Attendance Policy

• Students are expected to attend all sessions on time.

• No credits or make-up sessions are offered for missed classes.

• Consistent absence or tardiness may impact a student’s ability to complete the program.

5. Health & Safety

• Parents/Guardians must provide accurate emergency contact and medical information before the program begins.

• Launchpad Juniors staff may administer basic first aid and will seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

• Parents/Guardians remain financially responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

• Participation in Launchpad Juniors involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to collaborative group work, public speaking, and the use of simple prototyping tools and technology.

• By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child’s participation.

• You release and hold harmless Launchpad Ventures LLC, its staff, instructors, and venue partners from any liability, claims, or causes of action for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students must treat instructors, peers, and staff respectfully at all times.

• Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Students must follow safety rules and staff instructions.

• Violations may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Photo & Media Release

• Launchpad Juniors may photograph or record sessions for documentation and promotional purposes.

• Media participation is optional and based on the consent you provide during registration.

• Parents/Guardians may withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@launchpadjuniors.com.

9. Intellectual Property

• Student-created projects remain the property of the student.

• Launchpad Juniors may reference or showcase student projects (with credit) for educational and promotional purposes, subject to media consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store enrollment and student information for program administration and safety.

• All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Program Changes & Cancellation by Launchpad Juniors

• Launchpad Juniors reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or locations as necessary.

• If a program is canceled by Launchpad Juniors, families will receive a full refund.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement, and you agree to its terms.
