Phase 2: From Insights to Ideas 

Idea & Concept Development

  • Learn creative techniques to generate ideas

  • Learn to identify target customers 

  • Outcome: An idea based on real customer needs.

Phase 5: Business Model & Sales

Scaling Sales & Biz. Model Development

  • Continue selling the product & growing customers

  • Start building a business plan

  • Outcome: A working business model based on sales.

Phase 8: Biz. Plan Competition

The Grand Finale!

  • Reflect on the entrepreneurial journey
