About the event
About the Workshop
The world our teens are growing into is changing fast. Confidence, communication, and the ability to think independently matter more than ever; yet these skills are rarely taught explicitly in school.
In this free, in-person Parent–Teen workshop, we explore how entrepreneurship becomes a powerful vehicle for helping teens develop:
Confidence in expressing their ideas
Clear, persuasive communication with adults and peers
Real-world problem-solving and initiative
Comfort with feedback, iteration, and public speaking
This session will be interactive and practical.
What Parents & Teens Will Experience
Together, parents and teens will:
See real examples of teen-led projects and pitches
Learn why confidence is built through doing, not motivation
Practice simple communication frameworks used by young entrepreneurs
Understand how entrepreneurial thinking supports academic, career, and life success
Parents will walk away with a clearer understanding of how teens actually learn confidence and communication. Teens will experience what it feels like to think, speak, and be taken seriously.
Who This Workshop Is For
Parents of middle and high school students
Teens who are curious, creative, or hesitant to speak up
Families interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, or communication skills
Anyone exploring ways to help teens build real-world readiness
No prior experience with business or entrepreneurship is required.
