Meet The Founder

The world our kids are growing into is changing faster than ever. Careers are shifting. New industries are emerging.
And certainty is becoming rare.

What today’s teens need isn’t more theory. They need confidence, adaptability, and the ability to think and communicate clearly.

Launchpad Juniors was created for that reason. This program helps teens learn how to take initiative, test ideas, learn from feedback, and speak with confidence - real skills that prepare them to lead change, not just respond to it.

If you’re thinking about how to best prepare your child for what’s ahead, I’d love to talk.
