That’s why, for our recent Entrepreneurship in Action workshop, we created a simple, practical handbook that walks students and parents through how entrepreneurs actually think — from finding ideas to testing them with real customers.

What this handbook is (and isn’t)
This handbook is:

This framework helps you discover ideas by looking at life through four lenses:

Rather than forcing creativity, it trains you to notice what’s already there — and turn that into business ideas.
2. WHO–WHAT–WHY YOU Test (Idea Clarity)
Many ideas fail not because they’re bad, but because they’re unclear.
This framework helps you slow down and answer three critical questions:
Who is this for?
What problem are they really trying to solve?
Why is your approach uniquely suited to solve it?
Clarity here saves months of wasted effort later.
3. Fastest Path to Value (Early Sales & MVP Thinking)
You don’t need a perfect product to start a business. You need a fast way to deliver value to real people.
This framework teaches how to:
Focus on outcomes instead of products
Explore multiple ways to serve a customer’s need
Choose the path that gets value to customers sooner, even if it’s simple or manual
This mindset helps entrepreneurs avoid perfectionism and build momentum early.
4. The Pre-Order Pitch (Customer Engagement)
Entrepreneurship isn’t proven when people say, “That’s a good idea.”
